We understand that a lot of you are traveling a very long way to share this incredible day with us. We have organized some activities that will be both cultural and fun for the days preceding the wedding but below is a list of other great activities that you can do in the area.

Spend some time in Udine:

We highly recommend that you find accommodation in Udine as we will providing a shuttle to take you to and from on the day of the wedding. Udine is a lovely old medieval city with plenty of activities and a charming city center. Spend some time just walking around the city, visiting the castle, shopping, and dining.

Visit Trieste:

Boasting the largest square on water in all of Europe, Trieste is a can't be missed trip. Whether by car or by train, Trieste is very easy to reach from both Venice and Udine. Enjoy incredible food, stroll along the water, visit Castello di Miramare, and have coffee at Harry's.

Visit Venice:

Marco Polo is likely the most convenient airport to land at close to Udine. A quick boat or train ride from the airport, Venice needs no introduction.

Visit Cividale:

Only a 30 minute drive from Udine, Cividale is undoubtably one of the most classicly medieval towns in the area. Boasting a quaint town center, iconic walls, and charming castle.

Golf:

In Fagagna (where Giulia was born), you can enjoy an afternoon golfing at the Golf Club di Udine.
